Bellris Integrated Concepts Limited was formed and incorporated in August, 2009 under the Corporate and Allied Acts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. She was setup to provide services as a direct response to the emerging needs and trends in the dynamic and many-sided Oil and Gas industry, and transportation industry of West Africa, with particular reference to Nigeria.
